Our Errigal hog roast corporate BBQ menu is our entry level, hog roast BBQ. This
spit roast barbeque menu is available all-over Northern Ireland. This menu offers
your guest from groups of 70 to 6000 people, a slow roasted Hog BBQ, served with
a floury roll, wrap or brioche bun and with apple sauce and homemade stuffing.
This slow roasted spitting pig BBQ can take around 5 hours to cook at your venue by
of fully trained chefs.
Suitable for groups for 75 guests to 6000 guests, all foods are served on
compostable plates etc and served by or experienced team of chefs.
Also provided with your menu are compostable plates, napkins and cutlery.
All BBQ foods are served buffet style.
